Vocational, digital, craft and leadership learning and social entrepreneurship connect training to real needs, income opportunities and greater independence.
Logistics and access
Proposed harbor, supply and distribution services and a future air-access pathway for response and evacuation, each requiring separate surveys and approvals.
Housing and stability
Transitional housing, community facilities and public spaces respecting privacy and sustainability, with referrals and social support preserving dignity.
Impact, volunteering and social sustainability
